1. Service Scope

LiveStudyEuropeUSA provides facilitation services to help clients apply for educational programs, employment opportunities, and immigration processes in the USA and Europe. We do not issue visas or guarantee visa approvals. Instead, we act as intermediaries, guiding clients through the application and documentation processes.

2. Right to Withdraw Applications

• Applicants can withdraw their application before submission to relevant authorities.
• Refunds will exclude non-refundable fees paid to external entities such as government agencies or institutions.

3. Compliance with Immigration Laws

We operate under the United States Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) and European Union Immigration Directives and Regulations. Clients must provide accurate and truthful information. Misrepresentation may lead to denial or legal consequences.

4. Embassy Outcomes and Appeals

We cannot guarantee visa approvals. However, our lawyers can file appeals where applicable, with a success rate of 95%.

5. Client Support and Assistance

We provide document preparation, interview coaching, and ongoing consultations. If you experience harassment, report it to abuse@livestudyeuropeusa.com.

6. Fees and Payments

Service fees are outlined in your agreement. Additional charges may apply for expedited processing or appeals.

7. Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party delays.
• Application rejections due to inaccurate client information.
• Changes in immigration laws affecting applications.

8. Client Obligations

Clients must:

• Provide accurate information and submit documents on time.
• Comply with requests from immigration authorities.

9. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We comply with GDPR and the US Privacy Act. Your information will only be used for the application process and will not be shared without consent.

10. No Guarantee of Visa Issuance

Final decisions rest solely with immigration authorities. Our role is to guide you and maximize success rates.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes unresolved by our team will be subject to arbitration under the laws of the client’s country of residence.
